BAGLIO DIAR WINE CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Baglio Diar Wine Club is a program of exclusive benefits and discounts available to members for the purchase of Baglio Diar products and services. This document outlines the terms and conditions governing participation in the Wine Club.
Wine Club Registration
The program is open to all individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of registration. Joining the Wine Club requires the payment of a €12 fee, which is automatically renewed every 12 months, with the option to cancel at any time.
At the time of registration, you will be required to provide your personal data, including: first name, last name, date of birth, preferred language, phone number, billing address, email address, and password. Membership is personal, and the data you provide will be processed by Baglio Diar for purposes related to the management of the Wine Club. If you wish, your personal data may also be used to send you promotional materials. Once the payment is completed, you will be able to access your personal area using the email and password set during registration, where you can manage and update your account.
Sharing your account login details with third parties is strictly prohibited.
Member Benefits
Benefits and discounts are exclusively reserved for Wine Club members and are available on the website: bagliodiar.com/wineclub
Details on how to access and use these benefits will be communicated via email upon confirmation of your membership.
Wine Club Fidelity Program
Membership in the Wine Club grants access to the fidelity program. Orders placed on bagliodiar.com/wineclub allow you to accumulate points (called “glasses”). Specifically: €1 spent = 1 glass collected. At the end of the year, you will receive a discount voucher to be used on bagliodiar.com/wineclub, calculated based on the total number of glasses collected, as follows:
200 to 399 glasses -> 2.5% discount voucher; 400 to 599 glasses -> 4% discount voucher; 600+ glasses -> 6% discount voucher.
